Natura 2017 in Sculptuur Bredelar
Contemporary Dutch art in a historic German monastery
This summer Sculptuur Bredelar will host its third exhibition in the historic monastery of Bredelar, Germany. Renowned artist Sjoerd Buisman takes the lead in this exhibition that reflects on the monastery’s rich history. Like the medieval monks before him, Buisman is fascinated by the complex structures and growth processes found in nature. Young talents Tim Breukers and Arian de Vette set up their own installations, inspired by the monastery and with a nod to the oeuvre of Buisman.
The exhibition opens on Saturday 19 August and runs until Sunday 8 October 2017.
Dates: from 19 August to 8 October 2017
Opening hours: Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Address: Sauerlandstraße 74a, Marsberg-Bredelar, Germany
